Some
users have experienced the frustration of not being able to place orders
because they receive an error message similar to "Input is Null"
when moving to the checkout phase of the order process.
This
behaviour most often affects PC users and is caused by a glitch in Microsoft
Internet Explorer version 6.0.28. Microsoft has made a patch available
which is reported to cure the problem.
